Academy Player Recruitment
We are currently looking for young, motivated academy players who are eager to learn and improve.

Our aim is to develop competitive players with strong fundamentals, solid game sense, and consistent performance. Training will focus on proper mechanics, positioning, communication, and team play within a structured environment. Players are expected to actively work on improvement through practice, review, and competition.

The long-term vision is steady, step-by-step growth: gaining experience against higher-level opponents, building a strong foundation, and progressing toward advanced competitive and potentially professional-level play.

Requirements
Age 13+ (to comply with Steam and Discord TOS)
Rank does not matter — mindset and willingness to learn are more important
Active player who plays regularly
Availability to attend at least 3 training sessions per week
Motivation, discipline, and a positive attitude
Region: EU
Spots Available: Currently recruiting around 10-30 academy players (with room to expand)
