Beschreibung

Starting an esports team recruiting beginner players with dedication and motivation to improve.

We regularly train together on our Discord server by playing competitive matches (FACEIT and Premier), reviewing VODs, creating strategies, learning utility lineups, and improving as a team.

We also run a team TikTok channel where we post highlights and content to grow the NEXO brand.

Erwartungen (Ambitionen)

• Age between 13–15
• Motivated to improve and compete
• Interested in playing tournaments with the team
• Discipline and dedication
• Positive mindset and good communication
• Able to practice with the team for at least 5 hours per week
• Willing to take feedback and improve from mistakes
• Teamplay and game understanding valued more than raw aim
