Competitive

Welcome to Northstar, an EU-based CS2 team focused primarily on FACEIT (levels 5/6–9) and ESEA. The goal is to create a competitive environment where people can improve, play structured CS, and develop real team chemistry over time.

We're not looking for people with zero communication, and we're also not building a "play whenever, no strategy" stack. The idea is simple: improve together, enjoy the game, and see how far we can go.

Looking for:
IGL (In-Game Leader)
AWPer
Lurker
Support
Entry Fragger is already filled.

What we're looking for:
FACEIT level 5/6–9
Dedicated and motivated players
Calm players who don't tilt after a few bad rounds
Open to criticism and willing to give constructive feedback
Players who genuinely want to improve individually and as a team
Good communication and positive attitude
EU players with a reasonable ping to European servers
Schedule:
Mid-day through evening (EU time)
Age is flexible. Maturity matters more than your birth year
Practice sessions will happen as often as possible when everyone is available
What to expect:
Team practice and scrims whenever possible
Demo reviews and discussions if the team wants them
Learning utility and improving team play
A relaxed atmosphere outside the server, but focus when it's time to play
This isn't a "go pro in 3 months" project, but it also isn't a casual stack that disappears after two losses. Building real chemistry takes time. Patience is important — teams don't instantly click, and improvement rarely happens overnight.

If you're willing to trust the process, communicate openly, and put in the effort, you'll fit right in.

Erwartungen (Ambitionen)

Short-term:
Build a stable roster, develop strong team chemistry, and establish a consistent practice routine. The initial goal is to find success in ESEA Open and steadily climb through the league system, aiming to progress from Open divisions (Open 5–8) toward Entry and beyond while improving our overall level as a team.

Mid-term:
Compete consistently in ESEA seasons, reach higher FACEIT levels together, and become a well-structured team with defined roles, protocols, and a strong understanding of each other's playstyles. The focus is on becoming a reliable and competitive roster capable of challenging stronger opposition and achieving solid league results.

Long-term:
Create a long-lasting team environment that continues to improve season after season. The ultimate goal is to compete at higher levels of ESEA, participate in more leagues, tournaments, and qualifiers.
