[LFTeam] Experienced Captain turned Analyst/Macro Coach (Part-time, EU)
Hi everyone, I’ve been around Dota since the 4.XX Allstars days. My peak rank was around top 1-2% of playerbase, but my personal rank never told the whole story. Throughout a decade of Tier 3 / Div 2 competitive amateur Dota, I was consistently recruited into teams where the other players were ~1k MMR higher than me. They brought me in specifically to be the Captain and the brain—handling macro strategy, drafts, and shot-calling. I know how to guide and earn the respect of high-skilled players who need structural direction. Due to family commitments, I no longer play, but I closely follow the meta and want to help a motivated team as a part-time coach/analyst.
What I offer:
Detailed VOD reviews and post-game analysis.
Deep dives into ANY aspect of Dota:
I love breaking down everything from macro/drafts to itemization, power-spikes, and specific role responsibilities.
Team Dynamics:
In my professional life, I work as a Team Leader for a large software development team. I have extensive daily experience with team mindset, communication, and managing ego/conflict.
What I am NOT looking to do:
Live coaching during matches/drafts (I don't have the schedule for it).
Full-time commitment (looking for a few hours a week during evenings). I
don't care about geting to real semi-pro team or so, as long as some reasonable level (divine, or high immortal atlest dont wanna mess with realy basics), as long as you are an established, motivated stack that genuinely wants to improve and can take constructive criticism.
