شروط الانضمام إلى كلان WOX

للاعبين:

أن يكون عمر اللاعب 17 سنة فما فوق.

وجود خبرة في اللعبة أو استعداد قوي للتعلم والتطوير المستمر.

الالتزام بالحضور والمشاركة في التدريبات والمباريات بشكل منتظم.

الالتزام بأخلاقيات اللعب وروح الفريق واحترام باقي أعضاء الكلان.

القدرة على التواصل بشكل جيد مع الفريق واحترام القواعد التنظيمية.

استعداد لتحمل المسؤولية والعمل ضمن خطة تطوير شخصية وفريقية.

للمدربين:

العمر 20 سنة فما فوق.

خبرة مثبتة في تدريب الألعاب الإلكترونية ذات الصلة.

القدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع اللاعبين وتحفيزهم.

الالتزام بوضع خطط تدريب واضحة ومتابعة تقدم اللاعبين.

مهارات تنظيمية عالية وروح قيادية.

للمسؤولين والإدارة:

العمر 22 سنة فما فوق.

خبرة في إدارة الفرق أو الكلانات أو المشاريع الإلكترونية.

قدرة على التنظيم، التخطيط، والتواصل مع جميع الأطراف.

التعامل مع الضغوط وحل المشكلات بشكل احترافي.

الحفاظ على سمعة الكلان والالتزام بالقيم والمبادئ التي تم تأسيس الكلان عليها.

الالتزام بالسرية والمسؤولية في كل ما يتعلق بإدارة الكلان.

WOX Clan Membership Requirements

For Players:

Must be 17 years old or above.

Have experience in the game or a strong willingness to learn and improve continuously.

Commitment to regular attendance in training sessions and matches.

Uphold sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect towards all clan members.

Good communication skills and adherence to clan rules and regulations.

Willingness to take responsibility and work within a personal and team development plan.

For Coaches:

Must be 20 years old or above.

Proven experience in coaching relevant eSports games.

Effective communication and motivational skills to help players improve.

Commitment to creating clear training plans and tracking player progress.

Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities.

For Managers and Admins:

Must be 22 years old or above.

Experience in managing teams, clans, or eSports-related projects.

Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.

Commitment to maintaining the clan’s reputation and adhering to its values and principles.

Responsibility and confidentiality in all clan-related matters.
