 Core Responsibilities (What You Will Own)

The Team Leader is responsible for directing the team's competitive efforts and maintaining the high-performance culture.

• In-Game Leadership (IGL): Execute primary strategic calls, manage pacing, and adapt mid-game strategy based on opponent actions and team performance.

• Strategy Development: Design, teach, and refine the team's meta-based strategies, utility usage, and map specific game plans during dedicated practice sessions.

• Culture Enforcement: Work alongside the Manager to uphold the Bandit Standard and the Respect & Positivity expectations, providing direct, constructive feedback to teammates.

• VOD Review Direction: Lead and direct VOD review sessions, focusing on translating systematic mistakes into clear, executable steps for improvement.
