Hi Team
I'm known in-game as Glatiar. I'm an OCE MnK player applying to join,
Reload is my main mode and where the bulk of my hours sit.
I want to be upfront about where I'm at. Right now my focus is ranked rather than tournaments. I'd rather keep grinding ranked and close the gaps in my game than throw myself into comp before I'm ready and get exposed. I know what I'm not good at yet (Scrims, endgame, box fighting, comms under pressure and I'm working on those specifically rather than just playing more games and hoping.
What I'm looking for is an org that's willing to bring someone in and develop them. I'll do the VOD review, I'll take the criticism, and I'll put the hours in. I'd rather be the player who improves fastest on the roster than the one who peaked before he joined.
If you have a development or academy spot, or you're open to bringing someone on with a view to comp later, I'd love to talk. Happy to play with anyone on the roster so you can see where my level honestly sits.
