MOGGED – League of Legends Coach Wanted

We are actively looking for a dedicated League of Legends Coach to help structure our development and push the team to the next level.

• Strong understanding of macro fundamentals (objectives, rotations, tempo, win conditions)

• Ability to review VODs and provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback

• Good communication skills and leadership presence

• A growth oriented mindset and patience with developing players

• Reliability and availability for scheduled weekly practice sessions

As our coach, you will:

• Lead and structure bi-weekly training sessions

• Organize and conduct VOD reviews

• Identify individual and team weaknesses

• Help define team identity and playstyle

• Assist in draft preparation and strategic planning

• Prepare the team for Clash, scrims, and tournaments

• Track progress and set improvement goals

You will be a central part of the team’s development and decision-making process.
