Bedingungen

By joining VANTA, you agree to represent the organization with professionalism, respect, and integrity both inside and outside the game. Every player is an ambassador of the VANTA brand, and we expect our members to uphold the values that define our organization.

• Represent VANTA in official tournaments, scrims, ranked play, and public interactions in a respectful and professional manner.
• Follow the team's code of conduct and maintain a positive attitude toward teammates, coaches, opponents, tournament staff, and the community.
• Communicate any absences or scheduling conflicts as early as possible.
• Participate in team activities, practice sessions, VOD reviews, and meetings as required.
• Avoid any behavior that could damage the reputation of the organization, including harassment, cheating, toxicity, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific event, all tournament winnings will be distributed as follows:

• 20% of the total prize pool will be allocated to VANTA to support the organization's operations, tournament registrations, branding, coaching, content creation, and future growth.
• 80% of the total prize pool will be distributed among the active players who participated in the tournament.

The players' share will be divided equally among all eligible roster members unless a different distribution is announced before the tournament begins.

To recognize exceptional performances, VANTA may award additional bonuses from the organization's share for achievements such as:

• Tournament MVP
• Finals MVP
• Outstanding Leadership
• Exceptional Improvement
• Clutch Performance
• Other special accomplishments determined by the coaching staff or management.

Performance bonuses are discretionary and are intended to reward players who consistently go above and beyond for the team.

VANTA – Términos de Representación y Distribución de Premios

Al formar parte de VANTA, aceptas representar a la organización con profesionalismo, respeto e integridad dentro y fuera del juego. Cada integrante es un representante de nuestra marca y esperamos que actúe de acuerdo con los valores que definen a nuestra organización.

Responsabilidades del Jugador

• Representar a VANTA en torneos oficiales, scrims, partidas clasificatorias y cualquier evento relacionado con la organización de manera profesional y respetuosa.
• Cumplir con el código de conducta del equipo y mantener una actitud positiva hacia compañeros, entrenadores, rivales, organizadores y la comunidad.
• Informar con anticipación cualquier ausencia o inconveniente que impida asistir a entrenamientos, reuniones o competencias.
• Participar activamente en scrims, revisiones de VOD, reuniones y demás actividades organizadas por el equipo.
• Evitar cualquier conducta que perjudique la imagen de VANTA, incluyendo comportamientos tóxicos, acoso, trampas (cheating), cuentas compartidas (account sharing) o cualquier otra práctica antideportiva.

Distribución de Premios

Salvo que se acuerde lo contrario antes de un torneo específico, los premios obtenidos se distribuirán de la siguiente manera:

• 20% del premio total será destinado a VANTA, con el objetivo de financiar el crecimiento de la organización, cubrir inscripciones, mejorar la infraestructura del equipo, invertir en coaching, contenido, diseño, marketing y futuros proyectos.
• 80% del premio total será destinado a los jugadores que hayan participado en el torneo.

La parte correspondiente a los jugadores se dividirá en partes iguales entre todos los miembros elegibles del roster, salvo que se comunique una distribución diferente antes del inicio del torneo.

Bonificaciones por Rendimiento

Con el fin de reconocer el esfuerzo y el desempeño individual, VANTA podrá otorgar bonificaciones adicionales provenientes del porcentaje de la organización a jugadores que destaquen por logros como:

• MVP del torneo.
• MVP de la final.
• Mejor liderazgo dentro del equipo.
• Mayor progreso o evolución.
• Mejor desempeño en momentos decisivos (Clutch Player).
• Cualquier otro reconocimiento determinado por el cuerpo técnico o la administración.

Estas bonificaciones serán otorgadas a criterio de la organización y buscarán premiar el compromiso, la constancia y el impacto positivo dentro del equipo.
