As a fresh team, we are looking for a visionary coach to guide our development from the ground up and help us establish a strong foundation for future success.

The Opportunity:

As the Head Coach of Next Generation, you will be instrumental in shaping our team's identity, strategy, and performance. You will work closely with our players to identify their strengths and weaknesses, develop tailored training regimens, and cultivate a cohesive and winning mentality. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a team with high aspirations and a commitment to growth.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Analyze the current meta, develop innovative team compositions and strategies, and adapt game plans based on opponents and evolving situations.
• In-Game Coaching: Provide real-time guidance during scrimmages and matches, focusing on shot-calling, objective control, and team fight execution.
• Player Development: Conduct individual and team training sessions to improve mechanics, game knowledge, communication, and teamwork.
• Team Building: Foster a positive and productive team environment, resolve conflicts effectively, and build strong player relationships.
• Performance Analysis: Review game footage, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to players.
• Opponent Analysis: Scout and analyze upcoming opponents to identify their tendencies, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Schedule Management: Collaborate with team management to establish and maintain a consistent practice and scrimmage schedule.
• Recruitment (as needed): Participate in the evaluation and recruitment of potential new players.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to team management.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of League of Legends, including meta trends, champion matchups, itemization, and macro strategies.
• Proven experience in coaching or leading teams in a competitive environment (prior League of Legends coaching experience is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and the ability to foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and guidance effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Dedication to player development and long-term team growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using relevant coaching and analysis tools (e.g., replay analysis software).
