Snorlax Snacks is a new Marvel Rivals team built around active scrimming, structured improvement, and semi-competitive play. The focus is on consistent practice, teamwork, and developing players who want to take their gameplay seriously without toxicity. The roster targets Diamond to GM+ players who are reliable, open to feedback, and willing to grow through regular scrims and competitive matches.
Recruitment Process
During recruitment we first go over expectations, the role that is currently needed, and how scrims are structured. The team runs two scrim blocks each week, each lasting around three to four hours, and players are expected to be available and consistent.
Tryouts are conducted by myself and another team member. The main focus is assessing communication, role performance, and how well a player functions within a team environment during scrims. The goal is to see how players handle structure, follow calls, and contribute to overall team play.
