we get together Tuesday Thursday and Friday nights with weekend practice scrims
we strive to work together and make the best out of any match whether that's to find what were doing wrong or what more we can do right
Be there for mandatory game nights they go from 9-4 am your not entitled to be there the whole time but must check in with a few matches
maintain a rank of platinum or higher and again each season before sign up
being able to take criticism and not be afraid to give criticism
being able to try new characters
Good communication with the captian or vice captains if something is up
and being able to swap characters when asked
