AXIOM Esports operates with structure and accountability. All members are expected to communicate clearly, submit availability when requested, and attend scheduled practices, scrims, and matches they commit to. Consistency, effort, and a willingness to improve are mandatory.

Players and staff are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Constructive feedback is part of our culture, and members must be coachable and respectful toward teammates, staff, and opponents. Positions on any roster are earned and not guaranteed, and continued effort and progress are required to remain active.
