Os habla el líder de KAOTIK eSports, una organización amateur de e-sports fundada el 12 de mayo del año 2024 (Barcelona, España) que quiere empezar a destacar y a darse a conocer por todo lo alto.
Actualmente solo tenemos un equipo activo y sólido de Valorant, y quiero ampliar nuestro alcance e implantar el equipo en los siguientes juegos:
El procedimiento será el siguiente: Para empezar con ello, ahora mismo estoy en la búsqueda y reclutamiento de Directores de División / Juego para que puedan dirigir al equipo en el juego que estéis especializados. Si los estándares encajan, se procedería al reclutamiento de jugadores de dicho equipo para empezar ya a competir.

I'm the leader of KAOTIK eSports, an amateur esports organization founded on May 12, 2024 (Barcelona, Spain) with the ambition of making a name for itself and growing into a well-known organization.
At the moment, we only have one active and well-established Valorant team, and I'd like to expand our presence by launching divisions for the following games:
Here's how the process will work: To begin with, I'm currently looking to recruit Division/Game Managers who can lead the team in the title they specialize in. If the requirements and expectations are met, we'll then move forward with recruiting players for that division so the team can begin competing as soon as possible.
