DSO Rising is the competitive VALORANT team of DSO Esports. We’re recruiting dedicated players who want to build a reliable roster and take a serious approach to competing.
We’re looking for teammates who communicate clearly, show up prepared, and put in the work to improve. Individual skill matters, but so do consistency, attitude, and how well you work with the people around you.
Our focus is building a team with clear expectations and a positive, competitive environment. We want players who are comfortable receiving feedback, reviewing their gameplay, and working through challenges together.

Our goal is to build a stable, competitive VALORANT roster that develops through structured practice, scrims, match review, and tournament play. We want to establish strong team habits and work toward more demanding competition as the roster develops.
We expect players to:
• Communicate fluently in English and use clear voice communication.
• Maintain reliable availability and attend agreed practices and matches.
• Give advance notice when they cannot attend a scheduled session.
• Take feedback constructively and contribute to reviews without blaming teammates.
• Follow agreed strategies and be willing to adapt to the team’s needs.
• Work on their individual game alongside team practice.
• Treat teammates, opponents, and staff respectfully, both in-game and online.
