We currently looking for a coach for T3-T2 level play. Im looking to build a roster for Iridescence Esports, and am wanting to build off an off-meta/meta play style to maintain an overall unpredictability when it comes to competitiveness. Nine times out of ten it isn't the strategy that doesnt work. It's how the strategy is executed, we are looking for a coach who has a decent amount of expirence, who isnt afraid to think out-side of the box to challenge our players and push them twoards excellence.

Once the team starts scrimming and, profiting, and sponsors are found, I will discuss Paid contracts with, staff, coaches and players, alike.
