Cylax Esports is forming its first Valorant roster and looking for a coach who can help build the team from the ground up. The coach will be responsible for developing structure, improving team synergy, and guiding players through long‑term competitive growth.

Responsibilities

Run VOD reviews and identify player weaknesses

Build strategies, agent comps, and map prep

Lead structured practice sessions and scrims

Help define team identity, roles, and communication systems

Assist with tryouts and player evaluations
