Looking for a Valorant team to **have fun, learn, improve, and grow together**? Then you're welcome here!

## 🌙 ABOUT US

I'm **not a professional player**. Since I couldn't find a team that felt right for me, I decided to **create my own**.

AstralMoon E-Sports is currently a **fun and learning project**. I want to find out if I can lead a team while building something together.

## 📌 REQUIREMENTS

• **At least 16 years old**
• **Rank doesn't matter!** Iron 1–Silver 3 is only a guideline.
• Enjoy Valorant and be motivated
• Be respectful and reliable
• Give and accept feedback

## 🌍 EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

Nationality **doesn't matter**.

**German is NOT required!** 🇩🇪 Knowing German is only an advantage. Only speak **English? No problem!** 🇬🇧 As long as we can communicate!

## 🎯 DON'T BE AFRAID TO APPLY!

You don't need to be a pro or have thousands of hours. **As long as you know how to shoot, message me!** 😄

The same applies to coaches and content creators. **Motivation matters more than experience.**

Nobody will be judged because of rank, skill, experience, nationality, or mistakes. **Mistakes are part of learning.** 🤝

If things go well, we want to develop **AstralMoon E-Sports** further and become more competitive.

I also want to learn **how to lead and manage an esports team**.

• Feedback is welcome — Everyone should be open to constructive criticism and willing to improve.
• Activity — Members should be reasonably active and communicate if they cannot attend planned activities.
• No experience required — You don't need professional experience. Motivation and willingness to learn matter more.
• Rank doesn't define you — Rank is only a guideline and is not the main factor when selecting members.
• Long-term mindset — We want to build something together, but there are no promises of professional success or paid positions.
• Good communication — Problems should be discussed openly and respectfully instead of causing unnecessary conflict.
