As I was coming into adulthood, I found a game that I watched my Dad play as a child in earlier iterations. It was Counterstrike, and it was glorious. I played for over a thousand hours despite not really having the time to do so and ultimately gave up when my tier 4 team fell apart. I spent time in ESEA pugs in the hayday of CS, I got on faceit as it started to exist and ultimately due to my insane obsession I had to quit. Then Valorant came out as a beta. I played for probably 300-600 hours I had fun and was excited for the game. Then the META changed from what I expected it to be, which ultimately made me take a long break. I started playing again recently and worked my way out of Bronze into Silver despite having completely shaky aim, next to no modern gamesense and ultimately no time to play. I work hard at things I like, and am well versed in aimtrainers and other tools to make games more competitive.
I'm not exactly sure I should call these my expectations because nothing is going to be perfect, however I know what I would like to see out of a team
