➭ IGL experience is good to have
➭ Previous Experience in teams
➭ Vocal and can take criticism
➭ Coachable
➭ High availability

➭ Reliability and professionalism
➭ Good communication and organizational skills
➭ Passion for esports and competitive environments
➭ Previous experience is a plus, but not required
➭ Long-term commitment and ambition to grow with the organization
