About This Team:
This is a long-term CS2 project focused on structured improvement, FACEIT progression, and eventual online tournament play from low-mid elo range beginnings. The objective is to build a stable 5-stack with defined roles, consistent practice, and centralized decision-making.
Me:
I am a 28-year-old English-speaking Lurker (T) / B Anchor (CT) player.
Team Philosophy:
Structure first: defined roles, defaults, and execs
Adaptation by call, not improvisation
Consistent review and correction of mistakes
Discipline in comms, utility usage, and positioning
This team is built for players who want to improve inside a system and execute reliably under direction.
Roles Needed:
Entry Fragger (T), AWPer (T), IGL (T), Support (T)
Aggressive Rifler (CT), AWPer (CT), IGL-Support Rifle (CT), A Anchor (CT)
Preferred Current Role Structure:
1. Entry Fragger (T) / Aggressive Rifler (CT)
First contact on T side, paired with Support for clears and trades. Aggressive, space-taking rifle play on CT.
2. AWPer (T & CT)
Primary AWP on both sides. Typically plays behind the entry duo holding sitelines during execs. Can flex into slow pick-off rounds or act as 2nd entry depending on call. While Rotating on CT side for picks.
3. IGL (T) / Support Rifle-IGL (CT)
Leads T-side pacing, defaults, and executions through centralized calling. Leads CT-side pacing, defaults, and executions through centralized calling.
4. Support (T) / A Anchor (CT)
Exec utility, trades with Entry, covers flank when required, and supports IGL with flashes and smoke timing when needed.
Tactical preferences (IGL makes final calls on macro/micro):
Pistol Rounds will have there own set strats and variations on responsibilities to be discussed
Both 5-rifle and 2-AWP setups are used depending on map, economy, and opponent
Entry + Support function as a core duo on execs
AWP positioning and pace are adjusted by call
Structure exists to enforce consistency, not rigidity
Conduct & Integrity:
Zero tolerance for cheating
Any history of cheating, current cheating, or intent to cheat results in immediate removal upon discovery
Competitive integrity is non-negotiable
Expectations:
Fluent English with clear microphone comms
Reliable availability for regular practice
Willingness to follow structure and calls
Openness to demo review and structured sessions
Practice:
4–6 days per week
Mix of FACEIT, scrims, and review
Volume and intensity increase as roster stabilizes
Timeline:
Active recruitment: early January
Roster finalization + setup period: late January
Structured practice begins: Febuary
Final notes:
If you are looking for a serious, structured team environment and meet the above standards, DM me on Discord for full details and tryouts.
Commit to steady improvement over ego or short-term results
Follow IGL calls decisively during matches
Be open to review, criticism, and role adjustments
Show up prepared and on time for agreed sessions
Aim to climb FACEIT consistently from any starting point and transition into online tournaments as a team.
