AXIOM Esports is recruiting for our Fortnite roster! We are looking for dedicated, competitive players who are serious about improvement and teamwork. Our hybrid pipeline system allows players to grow and develop while competing in organized scrims, tournaments, and leagues.

By joining AXIOM Esports’ Fortnite roster, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment
   Members must remain active and attend all scheduled practices, scrims, and tournaments they commit to. Repeated inactivity or no-shows may result in benching or removal.

2. Availability
   Players are required to provide accurate availability when requested. Failure to submit availability may affect roster status.

3. Conduct
   Professional and respectful behavior toward teammates, staff, and opponents is mandatory. Toxicity, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

4. Coachability
   Players must be willing to receive constructive feedback, review gameplay, and implement coaching advice to improve performance.

5. Roster System
   Placement on the roster is not permanent. Positions may change based on performance, attendance, and commitment.

6. Management Decisions
   AXIOM management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding roster changes, scrims, tournaments, and team operations.

7. Voluntary Participation
   Participation is voluntary. Members may leave at any time but are expected to inform staff in advance.

8. Removal Policy
   AXIOM reserves the right to remove any player who violates these terms, consistently fails to meet expectations, or negatively impacts the team environment.

9. Amendments
   These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the latest version.
