Consistency: Maintain a minimum level of performance during practice and matches, and always show up on time for scheduled events.
Mechanics & Knowledge: Dedicate time outside of practice to hone individual skills (aim, movement, drills) and study the current game meta, specific callouts, or patch notes.
Preparation: Review relevant VODs or scouting reports on opponents/maps before a scheduled match or focused practice session.
Communication: All team communication must be clear, concise, and professional during gameplay. Avoid unnecessary chatter or "tilting" comments.
Respect & Positivity: Treat all teammates, coaches, opponents, and staff with unwavering respect. Negative comments or aggressive language toward teammates are unacceptable.
Role Commitment: Fully commit to the assigned role and responsibilities. Any needed role change must be discussed and approved by the team/captain.
Feedback Acceptance: Be receptive to all feedback (positive and critical) from teammates and coaches. Focus on understanding the intent rather than getting defensive.
Learning from Losses: Treat every loss as a learning opportunity. Fully participate in post-match VOD reviews, focusing on systematic errors rather than assigning blame.
Professionalism: Represent "Bandit Nation" and its values at all times, both in and out of the game (e.g., social media, streaming).
