Willingness to practice, communicate, and take feedback
Available for regular practices and tryouts
Commitment: Regular practice and tryouts are expected. Let the team know if you can’t attend.
Communication: Positive, clear, and respectful communication is required during games, scrims, and team discussions.
Attitude: Constructive feedback is encouraged. Toxic behavior, negativity, or disrespect will not be tolerated.
Trial Period: All new players will undergo a trial period to assess skill, teamwork, and fit with the team.
Flexibility: Players should be willing to adapt to different team comps, strategies, and roles if needed.
Rank & Improvement: Focus on personal growth, improving champion pools, and teamwork over solo stats.
Commitment to Goals: Players agree to participate in Clash and online tournaments when the team registers.
Transparency: Be honest about availability, rank, and progress — the team succeeds when everyone is on the same page.
