Iron Covenant is a Christian faith-based gaming organization being built from the ground up with a focus on discipline, integrity, accountability, and long-term competitive growth.
While our foundation is rooted in Christian values, applicants are not required to share our faith. However, all members must be willing to respect and operate within the standards and culture of the organization.
We are not a finished organization, and we are not looking for players who simply want a quick team. We are looking for individuals who want to help build something the right way from the beginning.
Our goal is to create a competitive environment where players can improve their skills, develop strong team chemistry, and represent themselves with character both in and out of the game. At this stage, mindset, communication, consistency, and coachability are just as important as mechanical skill.

• Ability to accept feedback and grow
• Respect for teammates, opponents, and staff
What to expect:
• Applications are reviewed before tryouts
• Tryouts are structured and selective
• Character and attitude are evaluated alongside skill
• Not every applicant will be accepted
We are intentionally building slowly and focusing on quality over quantity. Our goal is to establish a culture that lasts rather than assemble the fastest roster possible.
