Core duo (Gold/Diamond) building out a focused roster for Premier and regular scrims. We’ve got collegiate experience and former Tier-2 coaching backing us, so the structure is already there, we just need the rest of the pieces.

What we're looking for:

Roles: Initiator, Controller, Sentinel, or Coach.

Solid Coms, decent utility usage, and zero ego.

People who show up on time, take matches seriously, but don't tilt when things get tough.

Be ready to learn, we're all wrong sometimes, it's really hard to admit that, but be ready to learn and be wrong!

Expectativas (ambiciones)

Goal: Build a cohesive, long-term squad for Premier and weekly practice, with the goal of winning our division and pushing into higher-tier tournaments.

Schedule:

2–3 practice/scrim blocks per week (flexible based on roster availability)

Premier match nights (Wednesdays/Saturdays)

What we expect:

Reliability: Show up on time for scheduled blocks or give early notice if real life comes up.

Mindset: Low ego, constructive feedback, and active participation in post-game reviews.

Improvement: Willingness to learn set protocols, practice utility lineups, and adapt to team strats.
