TSM Talent Hub is an official scouting and recruitment initiative supporting Team SoloMid in identifying high-potential competitive players across multiple titles.
Our goal is to evaluate, scout, and connect skilled players with opportunities within structured competitive environments. We focus on discipline, communication, consistency, and performance at a high level.
Players who apply may be invited to tryouts, evaluations, or further assessment depending on their skill level and profile.
We are actively seeking dedicated players who are serious about improving and competing at the next level.
All applicants and selected players are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, consistency, and commitment.
Players must be active, punctual for scheduled sessions, and responsive to communication from management and teammates.
Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are required at all times. Toxic behavior, lack of discipline, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.
Players should be open to feedback, willing to improve, and capable of adapting to team strategies and structures.
Continued performance, dedication, and growth will be key factors in evaluations, selection, and progression opportunities.
