[NA][PC][Xbox]18+ Grassroots Amateur Development Team Looking for Players & Head Coach
About Us: We are an 18+ grassroots amateur project dedicated to helping NA players sharpen their competitive skills, build their resumes, and get noticed. I am acting as the Team Manager / Player. This is a zero-budget, growth-focused environment.
Looking For:
- Players: All Roles (Entry, Flex, Support, IGL)
- Staff: Head Coach (Amateur/Entry-level looking for experience and portfolio building)
- Rank Range: High Silver to Champion (Must have a growth mindset, zero ego, and high coachability)
Schedule (Cross-timezone friendly, adjusted for EST/PST):
- Training/VODs/Dry Runs: Wednesdays, Fridays, & Sundays
- Scrims: Saturdays
- (Exact evening hours to be finalized once the core group is formed)
