Redtails is recruiting dedicated Rocket League athletes with a minimum rank of Grand Champion I and a proven record of consistent performance in competitive environments. Ideal candidates demonstrate high-level mechanical ability, strong rotational fundamentals, disciplined communication, and a willingness to train within a structured, performance-driven environment. Professionalism, maturity, and reliability are mandatory.

Términos

• Mandatory scrim attendance (minimum 3 sessions per week)

• Participation in tournaments, leagues, qualifiers, and training VOD reviews

• Compliance with team codes of conduct, branding guidelines, and match protocols

• Readiness to undergo performance evaluations and progression reviews

• Short-term contract with potential for extension based on performance and conduct
