Void Surge Squad - Valorant Esports Coach Recruitment
Void Surge Squad, the esports division of The Void, is seeking a committed Valorant Coach to help guide, develop, and prepare our players for higher levels of competitive play.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of Valorant mechanics, strategy, and team structure
Ability to teach, motivate, and hold players accountable
Clear, professional communication and leadership skills
Organized and consistent approach to practice and improvement
Previous coaching or team leadership experience is a plus, but not required
What You’ll Be Part Of
Working directly with motivated esports players focused on growth
Helping structure practice sessions, reviews, and improvement plans
Contributing to player development, team identity, and culture
Being involved in a growing academy project with long-term competitive goals
This role plays a key part in building future competitive rosters within The Void.
