📋 HighPrecisionX | EU | 18+ | Silver–Plat | Looking for a Coach

HighPrecisionX is an EU-based Valorant team competing in Riot’s Premier system. We're a motivated squad of players (18+, Silver–Platinum) building a long-term, structured team — and we’re currently looking for a dedicated coach to help take us to the next level.

We’re seeking someone who can:

• Provide strategic guidance and develop team playstyles

• Lead VOD reviews and identify improvement areas

• Help with agent comps, map strategies, and round structure

• Support growth in and out of matches (Premier + scrims)

You don’t need to be a pro-level coach — just experienced, patient, and willing to grow with us. Perfect for someone gaining experience in esports coaching or building their portfolio.

Requirements:

• EU-based

• Fluent in English

• 18+

• Available for scheduled sessions weekly

• Familiarity with Valorant meta and team structure
