"I am a highly motivated 16-year-old Valorant player based in Hyderabad, India, looking to join an established esports team or club to compete in Premier and grassroots tournaments. I main Initiator/Controller with a deep comfort level on Miks and other meta agents.
I don't treat Valorant like a casual game; I approach it as a competitive discipline. I am actively looking for a structured team environment where I can practice set plays, participate in regular scrims, and contribute to clean, calm team communication. I have a reliable setup, stable schedule, and am fully prepared to undergo trials or fill a substitute slot to prove my value to a dedicated roster."
🔥 MY EXPECTATIONS FROM A TEAM:
• Structured Environment: Looking for a dedicated, established roster or club that runs regular practices, scheduled scrims, and mandatory tactical VOD reviews.
• Tournament Focused: A team that actively competes in official pathways like Valorant Premier (Contender/Invite divisions) and open qualifiers for VCSA/VCT.
• Growth & Coaching: Expected access to a team captain or coach who can provide constructive feedback to help build team chemistry and push my gameplay to the absolute highest tier.
• Professional Pathway: A roster aiming for serious organizational backing, with the long-term goal of securing signed contracts, covered LAN travel, and performance stipends for active play
