Commit to 4x weekly practices (NA evenings CST), daily aim/1v1s, full Faceit/tourney availability, and active Discord vibes. Team-first mindset—no egos, just an open mindset and willingness to learn and improve. We got coaching, VOD reviews, and LAN support as we climb.
