[EU] Raw Input Community – Looking for Dedicated Roster Players
The Goal: We are building a structured 5-man roster under the Raw Input Community name. This is not just another "let's play together" group. The objective is to build a high-performance team environment where we train together, develop complex strategies/executes, and master team-play before grinding ranks.

Our Roadmap:

Strategic Training: Regular dry-runs on empty servers to master utility, spacing, and map-specific executes.
Rank Progression: Grinding Premiere and Faceit (Lvl 8-10 target) as a coordinated unit, not as individuals.
Competitive Path: Once the synergy is built, we will start competing in local and Faceit tournaments.
What We Are Looking For:

Mindset: Serious, non-toxic, and feedback-oriented. We care about winning the round, not the scoreboard.
Discipline: Ability to show up for scheduled practices and VOD reviews.
Mechanical Standards: We value technical precision ( Optimized setups).
Experience: 2000+ hours and previous team experience preferred.
Current Open Roles:

AWPer (Needs to be consistent and calm under pressure)
Support / Utility Expert (Master of lineups and spacing)
Lurker (High game sense and trigger discipline)
Entry/Rifler (To complement our current entry/IGL)
