SPYGLASS is looking for organized, motivated, and dedicated Managers to join our North American Esports organization!

As a Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our competitive teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our esports divisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating team schedules, scrims, and tournaments

• Managing rosters and player communications

• Assisting Coaches and Staff with event planning and logistics

• Acting as a bridge between players and the organization

• Helping maintain a professional and positive team environment
