Champ Pool: Versatile pool with at least 2 meta picks and a comfort pick for draft flexibility
Playstyle: Shotcalling experience is a major plus; you should be comfortable leading early game tempo and objective control
Mindset: Team-first mentality, open to feedback, strong communication skills, and maturity
Availability: Able to commit to 2–3 scrims or reviews per week, plus solo queue grind
Tools: Discord + working mic, ability to share screen for VOD reviews
