Description

I am a League of Legends coach from Spain, passionate about developing players, building strong teams, and helping people reach their full potential.

My coaching philosophy is based on maximizing each player's individual potential while building a cohesive, motivated, and competitive team. I believe that talent alone is not enough: confidence, discipline, communication, and the right team environment are essential to achieving great results. My goal is to help players believe in themselves, develop a winning mentality, and approach every game with the conviction that they can compete with and beat anyone.

Beyond individual improvement, I place great importance on team management, maintaining motivation, establishing clear goals, and creating a strong team identity. I want every player to understand their role, trust their teammates, and work together towards a common objective.

From a strategic perspective, I focus on macro fundamentals, decision-making, map awareness, objective control, draft preparation, and VOD analysis. I believe in identifying mistakes, turning them into learning opportunities, and developing consistent habits that translate into better performance on the Rift.

I am looking for a motivated team that shares my ambition, values commitment and teamwork, and wants to build a stable, competitive project. I am ready to invest time and effort into helping players grow individually and collectively, while continuing to develop as a coach myself.

My ultimate goal is not only to make players better at the game, but to build a team that believes in its potential, trusts its process, and has the mentality to compete at the highest level possible.
