Description

We are currently looking for dedicated and experienced Coaches to help lead, train, and develop our competitive rosters. This position is for individuals who understand game strategy, communication, and player development, and want to be part of a growing North American Esports organization.

• Strong knowledge of the game (mechanics, strategy, roles, comps, metas)

• Experience coaching, IGL-ing, or leading teams (preferred but not required)

• Ability to run structured practices, VOD reviews, and team evaluations

• Good communication, patience, and leadership skills

• Professional and non-toxic attitude

• Availability for weekly sessions or scrims

• Lead scheduled scrims and practice sessions

• Break down gameplay, mistakes, and team strategies

• Perform VOD reviews and give clear feedback

• Help players improve mechanics, teamwork, and decision-making

• Assist with lineup changes, roles, and roster growth

• Maintain professionalism and support a positive team environment

• A position within our official coaching staff

• The ability to shape and develop competitive rosters

• Staff role and recognition within our organization

• Support from management and access to team scrims

• Opportunity to move into Head Coach or higher staff positions

• A platform to build your coaching resume in the Esports scene

• Be reliable, respectful, and organized

• Communicate consistently with team managers

• Provide honest but constructive feedback

• Maintain the team’s standards and represent us professionally

• Help push our players to become competitive and tournament-ready
