Current D1/GM3 i have played in both none official as an the official tournament (MRC) with a multitude of teams. I have experience in coaching teammates and vod reviewing these games aswell after we played them. I also have a couple years of experience in teaching as a volunteer which i believe might also help in conveying feedback to players in a constructive way. I play flex so i can help with any role, but i believe my best role is tank.
I would like to help a team become better as a coach, i like seeing people improve and believe that my ambition and experience will allow me to help a team succeed. What i expect from a team is the ambition and ability to put in effort to improve.
