CG is seeking a motivated coach to help develop and guide our Fortnite and Siege players. International applicants are welcome. The coach will assist with strategy, reviews, team structure, and player improvement. This is an early-stage opportunity to grow alongside an aspiring North America–based esports team with long-term competitive goals. Passion, communication, and game knowledge are valued more than experience.
CG is an early stage esports team, and all positions are currently unpaid. Coaches are expected to communicate respectfully, support player development, and maintain a positive team environment. Time commitment and availability should be discussed in advance and agreed upon by both parties. International participation is allowed, but clear communication and reliability are required. All members must represent CG professionally and follow team rules.
