PRIME Esports is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Valorant caster to bring excitement and energy to our matches and events. We're seeking someone who can provide engaging play-by-play commentary, insightful analysis, and professional presentation while keeping viewers entertained. The ideal candidate has a passion for esports, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of Valorant gameplay. If you enjoy creating an exciting viewing experience and want to help grow PRIME's community and competitive presence, we'd love to have you join our team.

Conditions

At this stage, PRIME Esports is focused on building a strong foundation rather than generating revenue. Team financing will remain limited until we establish a competitive roster, achieve consistent results, and secure sponsorships or other partnerships. Any future funding received through sponsors, tournament winnings, or merchandise sales will be reinvested into the organization to support player development, tournament entry fees, team branding, equipment, and overall growth. Our priority is to create a successful and sustainable team before pursuing larger financial opportunities.
