PRIME Esports is looking for a confident and dedicated team leader to help guide our Valorant roster both in and out of matches. We are seeking someone who can motivate teammates, promote clear communication, and lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will help maintain team morale, resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone stays focused on improvement and achieving team goals. If you have leadership experience, a passion for competitive Valorant, and the ability to bring out the best in others, we'd love for you to become a leader at PRIME.

Conditions

At this stage, PRIME Esports is focused on building a strong foundation rather than generating revenue. Team financing will remain limited until we establish a competitive roster, achieve consistent results, and secure sponsorships or other partnerships. Any future funding received through sponsors, tournament winnings, or merchandise sales will be reinvested into the organization to support player development, tournament entry fees, team branding, equipment, and overall growth. Our priority is to create a successful and sustainable team before pursuing larger financial opportunities.
