Requirements
• Ascendant 3 minimum; Immortal peak preferred
• EU, good London/Frankfurt ping
• Fluent English with a clear microphone
• Available consistently for 3–4 sessions weekly
• Willing to scrim, review VODs and practise set utility
• Reliable, non-toxic and capable of taking feedback
• Appropriate agent pool for the role
• Long-term mentality—no leaving after two losses
We’re looking for intelligent, team-first players, not just ranked fraggers. Trials will include ranked/10-mans, role testing and team scrims.
DM with: age, country, tracker, current/peak rank, role, agent pool, availability, previous team experience and what you want from a team.
Every HALFSPACE player is expected to:
• Arrive on time and ready for scheduled practices, scrims and matches.
• Post their availability accurately and communicate as early as possible if plans change.
• Maintain a suitable agent pool for their role and practise required agents outside team sessions.
• Communicate clearly in-game without flooding comms, talking over calls or becoming silent after mistakes.
• Follow the agreed call during rounds. Alternative ideas can be discussed before the round or during review.
• Give and receive constructive feedback without making it personal.
• Play for the team rather than personal statistics, clips or scoreboard position.
• Review mistakes honestly and make a genuine effort to correct repeated problems.
• Maintain a competitive but stable mentality during difficult maps, losing streaks and disagreements.
• Contribute to team development through VOD reviews, strategy discussions and individual practice.
Nobody is expected to be perfect. Players are expected to be reliable, coachable and committed to improving.
