Team Risk is building a competitive Valorant roster with one goal: going pro. We want serious players who are ready to grind, improve, and compete.
Region: North America, US-Central (Illinois servers) Minimum rank: Immortal (current or peak this act, tracker proof required) Round 1 tryouts: November 15–22 (first session Nov 15, 3:00–6:00 PM CST) Roles open: Duelist, Initiator, Controller, Sentinel, Flex/Subs (IGL and analyst are filled) Age: 18+ Cost: Free. No tryout fees, ever.
What we look for
• Immortal+ mechanics and strong game sense
• Clear comms, team-first attitude, coachability
• At least 14 hours of team practice per week (VOD review, scrims, server time; not counting tournaments) to hold a main roster spot, plus 3 hours of individual aim training. Days and times are set around the roster's availability (Central Time, CT)
• Low ping of Illinois servers and a working mic
• A commitment through the end of VALORANT Champions 2027, after a 30-day trial
