We're looking for a manager for a new CS2 team — Team Cataclysmus

Overall, experience isn't essential; a desire to develop and be motivated to work with passion are key. However, there are some requirements:

• Absence of toxicity and communication skills, with a high degree of interaction with the tea

• Developing a practice match schedu

• Registering for tournaments like ESEA & C

• Resolving team conflicts should they arise (or, even better, preventing them), maintaining positive team morale, and meeting deadline
