Hey, I'm Basil, also known as "Nerolios". I'm a 23 y/o Valorant Coach & Analyst wannabe with a calm and chill mindset, but a constant hunger to learn, fight and win. In-game, my friends call me "EU todo".
I played Counter-Strike since I'm 6, starting with 1.6 then I quickly moved to Source. When CS:GO released, I took a break off CS while begging my dad for a new computer. When I got it, I played every single day from 2014 to 2018, where I reached Global Elite, then level 10 on Faceit (First GE, then two years and a half later, level 10).
After 2018, I needed to focus on my studies, and I was away from home. Instead of stepping out of the game, I helped players and small teams to get better, from mindset coaching, to micro and macro gameplay coaching.
After 2021 and a rough patch in my life, I decided to focus on university and then work. And recently, in late 2023, I took an interest in Valorant, and finally decided to play the game and grind ranked at the very end of 2024.
As a player, I realize that my mechanics aren't as good and I was never gifted with mechanics even when I was younger. I grinded ranks in CS thanks to my mindset, my reads and my deep understanding of the game.
Today, I'm looking for a team or players that I could coach, along with a way for me to grow as a coach, and to see players grow with hard work.
Hit me up anytime, let's talk!
