Stallions is a competitive CS2 team built on discipline, teamwork and ambition.
Our goal is to create a strong roster that constantly improves, competes in tournaments and grows together.

We value communication, dedication and a winning mentality. Every player is here to improve, support the team and push towards a higher level of competition.

Termos

STALLIONS – Recruitment Rules Requirements

• Minimum age: 14 years old.
• Working microphone and Discord account.
• Good communication and attitude.
• Willingness to improve, not just play ranked games.
• Ability to commit to regular team practices.
• Respect towards teammates, opponents, and staff.

Recruitment Process

1. Submit an application form.
2. Short Discord interview.
3. Individual skill evaluation.
4. Team trials (2–5 matches).
5. Final decision by the team management.

What We Evaluate

• Communication and callouts.
• Game sense and decision-making.
• Mechanical skill.
• Positioning and teamwork.
• Mentality under pressure.
• Ability to accept and apply feedback.
• Consistency and dedication.

Trial Period Rules

During the trial period, every player must:

• Attend scheduled practices.
• Communicate actively during games.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Report absences in advance.
• Follow team strategies and listen to IGL calls.
• Represent Stallions professionally.

Immediate Rejection Reasons

Players will be rejected for:

• Toxic behavior.
• Cheating or game bans.
• Lack of communication.
• Poor attitude towards teammates.
• Fake information during recruitment.
• Lack of commitment.
• Disrespect towards other players or staff.

After Joining Stallions

Every player agrees to:

• Support the team environment.
• Practice and improve consistently.
• Participate in tournaments and team activities.
• Represent Stallions with professionalism.
• Work together towards team goals.
