I have decided to establish a new CS2 Esports team. With the name being 2HP. Here is what to expect and what we’re looking for right along with what we are offering. Keep in mind all of this is coming out of my pocket and as we grow and improve there are chances these offers can be revised, along with our certain requirements!

Currently Recruiting:
• Entry Fragger
• Support
• Lurker
• AWPer
• IGL

Also Recruiting Staff Positions
•Graphic Designer (Volunteer/Small Project Bonus
•Coach (Volunteer/Small Bonus
*Want to preface and say I unfortunately Cannot pay A Huge amount, Potential Bonus’s will be Discussed Individually with Applicants.*

Requirements:
• Faceit Level 10 preferred
• Consistent availability
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to practice and improve
• Team-oriented mindset
• 17+

What We Offer:
• Tournament fees covered by the organization
• Organized practices and scrims
• Tournament Winnings distributed to rostered players
• Structured team environment

Practice Schedule/Times
•Will usually Run EST Times.
• Usually Later in the afternoon/Night
• Looking to Run Practice/Scrims 3-4Days a Week Depending on How quick I can find Scrims to setup.

*Keep in mind all these are very far from happening, My Current Goal is to get a Team Established Along with Building Chemistry, Im trying not to Overdeliver As My current Job Doesn’t allow me to have much financial Reign over the team as i would like.*

What is the end goal?
I would say it’s mainly to build a successful NA CS2 roster, and give players an opportunity to not only compete in tournaments but also gain experience. along with experiencing the Highs and Lows of being on a Team. We aim to eventually climb the tiers of CS2 esports. And I’m certain with good chemistry, honesty, and transparency, we can make that happen.

What Type of Players are We Looking for?

•Players who Want to see growth and Consistency.
•Players who Can Get Along with one another and Thrive in Pressure Situations!

Thank you for reading. It has been a dream of mine to have my own team. And being transparent, I don’t make a ton at my current job. But I refuse to let financial burdens hinder my dream. I will try to deliver what I have offered to the best of my abilities. Most esports teams bleed money for years, but I’m more in it for the opportunity and to give players a chance to get their name out there!
