At VANTA, we're looking for analysts who are passionate about the strategic side of League of Legends and want to help build a winning environment from the ground up.

An analyst at VANTA is more than someone who watches games—they help shape the team's identity through preparation, research, and objective feedback. Your insights will directly influence our improvement both individually and as a team.

• Analyze scrims, official matches, and solo queue games.
• Review VODs and identify strengths, weaknesses, and recurring patterns.
• Assist with draft preparation, champion pool management, and matchup analysis.
• Research opponents and prepare scouting reports before matches.
• Support players and coaching staff with clear, constructive feedback.
• Help identify macro, micro, communication, and decision-making improvements.
• Stay up to date with patches, meta shifts, and professional play trends.

• Strong understanding of League of Legends fundamentals and macro play.
• Passion for learning and analyzing professional gameplay.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain ideas clearly.
• Open-minded, respectful, and receptive to discussion.
• Organized and reliable.
• Previous coaching or analytical experience is a plus, but not required.

By joining VANTA as an Analyst, you become an essential part of the team's competitive development. Your work will directly contribute to our preparation, decision-making, and long-term growth.

• Attend scheduled meetings, scrims, and VOD review sessions whenever possible.
• Analyze scrims, official matches, and professional games to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide objective, constructive, and evidence-based feedback to players and coaching staff.
• Assist with draft preparation, champion pool analysis, matchup research, and opponent scouting.
• Stay informed on patch updates, meta changes, and professional play trends.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding team strategies, discussions, and internal documents.

• Treat all players, coaches, staff members, opponents, and tournament organizers with respect.
• Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
• Communicate feedback professionally and respectfully.
• Avoid conflicts of interest that could negatively impact the organization.
• Refrain from sharing confidential information without prior authorization.

As VANTA is currently a developing organization, analyst positions are voluntary during the early stages of the project.

As the organization grows through tournament earnings, sponsorships, and partnerships, analysts may become eligible for financial compensation, bonuses, or contractual opportunities based on their contribution, commitment, and the organization's available resources.
