The Opportunity:

As our starting Mid Laner, you will be the playmaker and the central pillar of our team's strategy. You will be responsible for controlling the pace of the game, creating opportunities for your teammates, and carrying crucial team fights. This is a unique chance to join a team from its inception and contribute significantly to its development and success.

Responsibilities:

• Lane Dominance: Demonstrate strong laning mechanics, including wave management, trading, and objective control in the mid lane.
• Champion Mastery: Possess a diverse and adaptable champion pool relevant to the current meta and be willing to expand it as needed.
• Map Awareness & Roaming: Exhibit excellent map awareness, track the enemy jungler, and effectively roam to support other lanes and secure objectives.
• Objective Control: Play a key role in securing neutral objectives such as dragons and Baron Nashor.
• Team Fight Prowess: Execute your role effectively in team fights, focusing on target prioritization, positioning, and ability usage.
• Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with your teammates regarding enemy movements, cooldowns, and strategic calls.
• Adaptability: Be willing to learn new strategies, adapt to different playstyles, and take constructive criticism.
• Dedication to Improvement: Actively seek to improve your individual skills and understanding of the game.
• Team Player: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience playing the Mid Lane role in a competitive environment (ranked play, tournaments, or team scrimmages).
• A strong understanding of mid lane matchups, power spikes, and itemization.
• A demonstrable history of high individual skill and game knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to improve.
• Consistent availability for scheduled practices, scrimmages, and matches.
• A commitment to the team's goals and development.
